Near the beach and close to the centre, this hotel provided convenient transportation and parking. The breakfast was great, and the staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful.

Good location near the beach. Not on the noise shopping/restaurant street. Has private parking area and pool was nice. Breakfast was suprisingly good; ham, cheese, rolls and the usual sweet pastries. Staff was helpful but not all of them were fluent in english. Renovated superior rooms were modern and bed was comfortable. Easy access to down town Rimini by bus.
Air conditioning was not included in the price. It cost 6 euros/day extra. Condens water canister was not emptied on regular basis leading to water dripping on the floor. Cleaning was so and so. Rooms floor was quite dirty after 5 days. Also the hotel private beach was not free. Chairs and umbrella cost 10 euros/day.

The hotel has a great location, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the fact that there was a lifeguard on duty.
The breakfast was inconsistent, with some days offering a complete meal and others missing key items. the Wi-Fi only worked in certain areas of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to the centre. Beach 108 is also nearby and offers a pleasant experience. the breakfast is surprisingly good, with plenty of options, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The room was small and the cleaning was not up to par.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Private beach with paid taxi. Reasonable prices on the beach and for food. Super breakfast and pool.
